Returns and Refunds

RETURNING ITEMS

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. First step: contact us by email at this address: hello@yogago.it to request the return or substitution of items purchased.

Items requested for return or refund must never have been worn, washed or in any way different from the state in which you received them. The Items must arrive at our offices in proper packaging for shipping. Address for returns: YOGAGO - Via Verdi 46 – 20813 Bovisio Masciago (MB)- Italy  

Shipping costs are your responsibility. You can choose the courier, however a tracking number is required. In the case of substitution of merchandise, the shipping cost of the new item will be our responsibility. All refunds will be credited back to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
